Prediabetes doesn't have to be permanent. Most people are never told how.

"Watch your diet" and a follow-up in a year isn't a plan. The free Prediabetes Reset Guide gives you what the evidence actually supports: what your numbers mean, what to eat, and a first week you can start on Monday.

In their words

Readers who stopped guessing

Fasting glucose down 23 points

"My doctor handed me a pamphlet and basically said 'lose weight' when I was diagnosed. Not helpful at all. This newsletter gave me practical advice I could actually use in real life. The weekly recipe ideas made healthy eating doable, not overwhelming. My fasting glucose has dropped 23 points, and at my last appointment, my doctor actually asked what I was doing differently."

Denise K.
Steadier daily curve

"Getting a glucose monitor was eye-opening but overwhelming. The newsletter helped me connect the dots between my habits and readings. After implementing their specific timing suggestions for meals and exercise, my daily glucose graph went from a roller coaster to gentle waves."

Mel J.
Out of the prediabetic range

"I was eating 'healthy' for months with minimal improvement. This newsletter helped me discover I was making key mistakes with meal timing and certain 'health foods' that were spiking my sugar. Their practical tips about food combinations made all the difference. I am no longer in the prediabetic range. I'm still following their advice."

Sandra M.
31 pounds off, 14 months on

"This approach has become my new normal. The newsletter emphasizes creating sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. After 14 months, I've maintained my 31-pound weight loss and normal blood sugar without feeling deprived. This isn't a band-aid, it's a permanent solution to prediabetes."

Why us

Most prediabetes advice tells you what to avoid. This tells you what's happening, and what to do about it.

Prediabetes advice is a mess of contradictions. Here's how we cut through it.

Recording [podcast name], [month year].
Your doctor

Watches your numbers and reaches for medication when they climb. Rarely the "why," rarely the plan.

The internet

Gets louder every year and contradicts itself: eat fruit, don't eat fruit; cut carbs, carbs are fine.

Us

I start where the research starts: insulin resistance, not just sugar. Then I work with registered dietitians to turn it into guidance you can use this week, and I link every claim to the study behind it, so you never have to take my word for it.

The result: clarity on what the evidence supports, what it doesn't, and when. You stop guessing and start understanding what's driving your numbers.

Who's behind this

Nobody tells you prediabetes can go the other way

I've been a biomedical scientist for 15+ years, working on cutting-edge research. What I keep running into is the gap between what the research actually shows and what people get told in a fifteen-minute appointment.

You get a diagnosis, a "watch your diet," and no plan, no encouragement, no follow-up. So of course it feels like your only options are diabetes or prediabetic forever.

It isn't. Prediabetes gets treated as a progressive condition, but for many people caught early, it's not just about slowing it down. Blood sugar can come back to a normal range (prediabetes reversal), and helping people get there is the whole point of this site.

This isn't theory to me. I lost 45+ pounds and improved my own insulin resistance, cholesterol, and inflammation numbers. Since then I've helped people move out of the prediabetes range and stay there for years. Stick around and I'll show you exactly how they did it.

21-day program

The 21-Day Prediabetes Reset

Keto, low-carb, fasting, eat less and move more. Every source contradicts the last, and some of it is quietly costing you months. Three weeks to cut through it and learn what the evidence actually supports.

Prediabetes isn't a carbohydrate problem. It's insulin resistance and liver fat, which is why band-aid fixes stop working the day you stop doing them. This program teaches you the mechanism, so the plan you finish with is one you can actually keep.

One lesson a day: five minutes to read, twenty-five to act on. Weekly recorded sessions, plus three live calls with the scientist and dietitian for your specific questions. Join what you can, catch the recording when the grandkids are in town.

01Unlearn: the myths that quietly make this harder, starting with the idea that nothing you do will move the numbers
02Learn: how to stop the numbers from climbing, and how to start fixing what's driving them underneath
03Implement: long enough that it holds, so one bad day stays one bad day instead of six lost months
04Keep going: you finish with a written plan, your own numbers, and 12 months of access
Explore the program Self-paced · Start any month, but A1c takes three months to move, so the sooner you start, the sooner it does
Twenty-one days is enough to see your body respond. A1c reflects about three months, so that's the number that shows up later. The program sets you up for it.
Work with us 1:1

Three sessions. One plan that's actually yours.

We've worked with people who got the label last Tuesday and people who've been fighting it for ten years. The two need very different plans, and neither one gets built in a single conversation.

So we don't try. We build something, watch what your life does to it, then fix the parts that broke. All of it alongside your clinical team, not around them.

01Map it: your numbers, your medications, your schedule, and the food you'll genuinely keep eating
02Test it: what held and what fell apart on the days that ran long, which is where most plans quietly die
03Lock it in: what to keep, what to ask your doctor for, and how to reset after a hard month
Book a consultation 3 sessions · 60 minutes each · Video
Consultations are educational. We don't diagnose conditions or change medication. We help you understand your situation and build a plan to bring to the clinician who does.
